Winter Edition is largely financed from workshop participation fees. Nevertheless, we want it to be as affordable as possible for everyone. For that reason, we offer three possible fees and let you choose which one you can afford to pay:Standard fee: if you are able to pay the workshop fee on your own or with the help of your family, friends, or other external assistance. Reduced fee: if you have little or no income, or if the standard fee would be a hardship for you.
Supporter fee: Can you help make it possible for someone else to come to Winter Edition? By paying a supporter fee, you contribute 1/3 towards a scholarship fee. Three Supporters allows us to award a scholarship to someone who would otherwise be unable to come. Please help with a Supporter fee, if you can.Scholarships: If we can afford to do so, othermusic e.V. will offer tuition scholarships and/or housing scholarships. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please explain briefly on a separate page why you believe you qualify (financial, employment or other special situation). Thank you!
Your registration is confirmed when your full workshop tuition is received by the othermusic e.V. bank account and we send you a written confirmation. Thank you!
Register by February 1, 2012 (date the registration is received by othermusic e.V.) to receive a 20,- € Early Registration discount.
As a member of othermusic e.V. I receive a one-time 25,- € discount.
Scholarship Application:Please describe your financiel situation and enter your motivation for applying for a housing scholarship here:
If you choose to cancel your registration by February 1, you will be charged only a 25 € administration fee. After that date but no later than March 9, if you cancel your registration you will be charged one-half of your total workshop fees. After March 9 it is no longer possible to cancel your registration, unless you are able to provide a another participant who is willing to assume your registration under the same conditions.EVERY WORKSHOP MUST HAVE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS BY March 9, 2012. IF The MINIMUM NUMBER IS NOT REACHED, THE WORKSHOP MAY BE CANCELLED AND ANY FEES PAID WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL. IF YOU WANT TO HELP ENSURE THAT THE WORKSHOP(S) YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WILL BE OFFERED, PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER BY March 9, 2012!Please Note: Photo, sound, film and video documents are made of our workshops.
